Terms of Service

Effective date: April 6, 2025  ·  Last updated: April 6, 2025

1. About SolarPulse

SolarPulse ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-assisted solar estimation service that helps homeowners understand the potential savings and system size for a residential solar installation. SolarPulse is not a licensed contractor, engineer, or financial advisor. All estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractor bid, engineering assessment, or investment recommendation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using solarpulse.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Estimates Are Not Quotes

All figures shown on the Site — including system size, cost, monthly savings, payback period, and 20-year savings — are preliminary estimates generated by machine-learning models using satellite imagery, regional utility rate data, and publicly available solar yield data. Actual results depend on your roof's physical condition, shading, local permitting, installer pricing, consumption habits, and future utility rates, among other factors. Always obtain multiple bids from licensed contractors before making any purchasing decision.

4. Tax Credits & Incentives

SolarPulse may reference federal, state, or local solar incentives, tax credits, or rebates. Incentive programs change frequently. SolarPulse makes no guarantee that any incentive is currently available, applicable to your situation, or will remain available. Consult a licensed tax professional before relying on any incentive.

5. Third-Party Installers

If you choose to be connected with a solar installer through SolarPulse, that installer is an independent third party. SolarPulse does not employ, endorse, warrant, or guarantee the work, pricing, licensing, or conduct of any installer. Any contract, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the installer.

6. No Contractor or Financial Advisory Relationship

Nothing on the Site creates a contractor-client relationship, an engineer-client relationship, or a financial advisory relationship between you and SolarPulse.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolarPulse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SolarPulse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
